Founder & Managing Principal
Alex leads Balance Development Group with an execution-first perspective shaped across acquisitions, development, approvals, financing, construction, and asset strategy. He works alongside GPs, family offices, investment platforms, lenders, and operating partners to move complex real estate opportunities from thesis to outcome. With more than $180M in construction experience, his work includes distressed-asset takeovers, value-add repositioning, and ground-up development.
